I did get an awesome Oscar food processor, worht over $100, for $5 at a garage sale and it works great, best buy I can remember... garage sales, opp shops, all great places to find cheap (or free) stuff! I'm cleaning house big time right now and giving away lots of little and big things... so is Emma. Definitely check them out.

By the way, I have used www.freecycle.org/ (http://www.freecycle.org/) in the past and had a lot of fun with it.
