I went to the city farm market in East Perth, near the claisebrook train station. Where did you buy yours from Jen?

The ones they had there, some were hard and others were very ripe with some black patches. This is what I have found out today, is that they are at their sweetest and ice-creamiest when they look over ripe and have some black patches and soft. I ate one today that was very ripe and they cut the black patch off and it was like eating the best ice cream ever. So Sheryl, maybe you should just cut the dark parts off and try them like that. They are picked green because they have very delicate skin when ripe and they bruise easily, which gives them the dark patch look.

A mortal and pestal.
A fridge suitable for vegies, even a cold room.
Suitably sized glass/plastic containers to hold the dry stuff.
a good food processer.
a good grater.
spiralizer, for the fun of having different textures.
some good raw recipe books

I can send people the white sapote seeds, if they like. I think that would be legal. They are big seeds.

I will have some time tonight to go thru the ebook again. I am trying to limit my time at the computer to 'when the sun is down' time, so I can do stuff while the sun is up. Being a raw foodie does take up my time, which is good. I love this ebook so far.

As my quest for Organices continues, I found some White Sapotes at an organic market in Perth today. They are so yummy.
They taste like pear flavoured vanilla ice cream. The esctasy level is high eating these. They are so much nicer than eating real ice cream I think.
Once they are picked off the tree, they bruise very easily, so you have to pack them safely. The skin of it is eaten too. I will upload a pic of them later tonight when I have some more time.
I even ate two of them while I was at the market. I was sitting in the sun in the garden, blissfully munching on these white sapotes. It wasn't until I had finished eating them and got up, that I realised I had been bitten on the bum by an ant. That was a small price to pay for eating these wonderful fruits.
I have arranged with the farmer to get a steady supply of them when the seaon for them starts again. He has a different type of white sapote for next week, so I shall try that then.
I got a lead on a grower of Black Sapotes and Dragon fruit in WA too, so I will follow that lead up later next week.

I wear a pair of New Balance now, size 15, 3E.
It sure was dissapointing not being able to get a helmet. However I am sure when I reduce my body weight enough, I will be able to fit into a helmet.

I have a hard time getting running shoes, because I have big feet, but I will have to find another pair soon. For that matter I tried to buy a push bike, but I couldn't buy one, because I could not get a helmet in my size. The largest helmet they have in Australia is size 64, and that was too small. So the bike place ordered me one over the net, which was size 67 and that was too small also. They said that I would have to search overseas more to get a bigger helmet.  Pity they can't make me a helmet to fit.
