Hi Damian,
I too used to have chronic constipation. Hi Damian,
Some simple things never fail to keep me regular:
1. 2 litres of clean water - I drink Evian because it has lots of pure minerals. I suggest you find out how much water you should be drinking daily, according to your body weight.
2. Chewy raw food to stimulate the enzymes e.g. apples, carrots, broccoli. And chew well!
3. Eat chewy raw food before going to sleep at night.
4. Sleep - for me, it's about 10 hours per night.
5. Ideally walking for around 1 hour min. per day - I don't always do this!!
That's it!
Lots of luck,
Eve http://www.NaturalLivingSecrets.com

I'm not sure whether or not this has been mentioned, but apparently sunlight draws the toxins towards the skin and out. If a person has lots of toxins trapped inside e.g. not living or eating healthily, then hitting the skin causes problems e.g. skin cancer. If few toxins, then they will just be released effectively through the skin.

The problem I have with finding really natural makeup, as with shampoos etc., is that they'll have lots of great really purely natural ingredients, but also nasties such as glycerin (sugar), cane sugar, alcohol etc. Sugar (except pure sugar from fruit) can causes fungal problems etc etc and I don't think alcohol is the best thing to have the body absorb. Also, alcohol is a fermented ingredient which also causes health issues.

I do believe in that Sanghama. My naturopath suggests having Elderflower Berry tea to guard against radiation.
I absolutely agree with you too Rawgasm. My son wants me to get a mobile so that he can text me when he goes out. Not looking forward to that at all!
Just about to googleTesla.Thanks heaps.

Wow! Fantastic utube Jen!
My son uses the speaker. But I'm worried about him holding the phone in the cup of his hand, although it is away from his head. Do you think the radiation could transmit through his hand too??
We bought a mobile phone shield from www.livspace.com This is an Australian company.
It seems to me that like so many things, we live in denial because the truth isn't convenient or comfortable for us. I think that this is a sign of immaturity too. Afterall, we did manage to live without mobiles previously.
Not only with mobile phones, but also poisoning our bodies by eating junk food and causing endless misery on a daily basis to thousands of innocent murdered animals by eating animal products - I also include the eating of fish.
I think that us humans (including myself) just need to grow up - It is expected that children and teens want instant gratification without awareness of consequences and other's feelings. They are like this because their brains haven't yet fully formed. We say that one day they will grow up and be more mature and more responsible.
But so many 'adults' show in their choices e.g. mobiles, animal products etc that they in fact have not grown up at all. I don't think we need scientific proof that mobiles are dangerous. It's kind of logical to me that if sound can travel so far and strongly, that putting the mobile to our heads with no cord, is dangerous.
