Hi again,

Thanks guys for your encouraging words. Maybe I'll just have to purchase a dehydrator with varying strengths of
'heat'. My Sunbeam one is only one heat and doesn't state what level it is.

And, it seems that the thinner the consistency of the cracker, the crispier it might turn out - do you agree?

I noticed Igor's 'Live Flat Bread' in this website's book shop with step by step instructions on making crackers and bread raw style. Has anybody here tried it?

Hi Sheryl,

My dehydrator is a Sunbeam, which doesn't have any variations of temperature. Any tips for successful cracker dehydration? Mine never work!
