Just want to know if anyone has gotten rid of their sunspots or other spots on the raw food diet?

I love the taste of tocotrienals raw pleasure sells. The only thing is they dont have directions on how much to take but because it was so yummy i ate two tablespoons full without any ill effects. it tastes like a hint of sugary vanilla powder. Hope i didnt give anything away hehe nah but you can tell its rice bran anyhow.

ive tried a yummy raw cacao camu camu bar it was delish. i want to order it by the truckload. But im getting sick of people saying cacao is a herb toxin that causes liver damage. I've been eating cooked chocolate for years and was hooked its my sec fav after icecream lol. Now i like both raw.

OK hehe i dont want to annoy anyone but my inquiring mind and fingers seem to go overtime hehehe. 

LOL John im not upset by anyone not replying to me as many of my posts have been replied too.

What i mean by forum hog is that i keep posting too much and feel like im taking over because as a stay at home mum i have too much time on my hands. Especially when the little one nags me she wants to watch her favourite videos. SO gives me time as all the housework is out of the way.

When i look at the top to see if anyone has posted sometthing my starz name doesnt seem to dissapear for awhile. Im used to people chattering but i feel like i might of scared people off because of my overposting.

I used to be more of a lurker on this forum and saw how everyone enjoyed themselves in this forum.

Now i feel like im the only one posting and everyone ran away lol. Is it just me as im used to so many people in a forum. It makes me feel like im taking over

My husband drank orange juice most of his life and he built an intolerance to it. He said everytime he drinks it now his heart hurts and he is pain.

I'm in the same boat and would love to hear about this aswell.

Im also getting pain around my ear lobes which is sort of like a flu symptom.

Also theres a dangerous flu epidemic spreading across Australia its been all over the news. So its lots of citrus and vitamin c's raw honey for me and buz at this time.

I came across a site called raw volution that does a raw food delivery service in America and was wondering if we have a similar one in Australia?

If not is anyone starting one hehe RP hint hint....

Would be great to have a jenny craig alternative delivery food service except that its not diet. I also reckon its a great way for people to try many different foods on this diet.
