Hi Emi:

I have been raw for a few months now. 6 weeks ago I managed to get a stress fracture on my right foot. I have been packing in the greens and loading up the almonds and sesame seeds. Last week I had an X-ray and the doc couldnt believe how much new healthy bone had formed in such a short time...completely raw...I was very impressed. Hope your foot heals very soon!  ps. Thanks Dani for the comfrey tip, will add that in to make that foot extra strong.
