Im new to this website. Honestly, I haven't started my raw "lifestyle" yet because I'm not sure how to. Here's a few questions I have if anyone can help me.

      1. I can't afford a juicer yet so do I have to have a juicer to get started? What is the difference between a juicer and a blender?
      2. I'm alergic to nuts so where do I get protein?
      3. Can someone give me an example of a raw menu?
      4. Can someone honestly tell me what to look forward to going raw good and bad( I'm going to do it regardless but I want to hear the "harsh" realities)?

Thank you so much for your imput I look forward to talking with people who love their bodys enough to feed it healthy food.
