Im worried that I eat too many after reading all of your posts!
Ive eaten 1-2 a day about 5 days a week for months now. Because I went from meat-to vego-to vegan quickly they sustained me.
I suppose I will start feeling like them less as I eat rawer for longer and crave less fat?

I made this tonight.

I added 1/8 - 1/4 cup of coconut water and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil.

IT WAS AMAZING.

haha so salty! they look really yummy under the salt though.
can't wait to dehydrate Smiley

sometimes I reckon people at the gym can be *s - then you find someone awesome and they inspire you and you get your faith back in fitness.

my trainer is a tiny quiet kiwi who doesn't look like she could blow down a matchstick house but when we get going and she yells at me in a loud sqeaky voice and says "five more" "30 more seconds" I know she cares!

Not really looking for a font of knowledge - pardon the pun, or more than remotely interested in the topic, just something I stumbled upon and thought was interesting at the time.

thanks anyway Rudolf Smiley

Im not an expert -  I think its something about the fact that our body can only absorb so much from what we eat and then disposes of the rest, which may still have valuable nutrients left that are in a predigested easily absorbable form, which we can get from drinking our urine. Also urine is supposed to be sterile and a good anti biotic or something like that. Sounds odd to me.

Personally I don't believe the hype but as I said Im no expert.
