Wow Great to hear from everyone.  I really like the encuragment and positive-ness here.

Well lets see I will post some of my workouts:
Yesterday I swam 2.5 miles and lifted some wieghts and some light yoga stretching....  After words ate 16 bananas and lots of strawberries....  Wow that was so good.

Today I will ride around 5-6 hours with a 30 min. run with the dog afterwards.  She is my running buddy and runs at times up to 3 hous with me.  I soaked some dates overnight and will stuff some extra in a baggy to bring with me.  Perhaps a banana smothie with some greens before I take off.

Oh wow last night before bed I had fresh mangos..  Oh were they good.  I just tore into them with my teeth peeled and ate them with my hands....  It was so good.

Here is my weekly schedule

Monday:  Fast swim of about 1 hour with lifting afterwards

Tuesday: 1.5 hours of fast interval bike riding

Wed:  About 1 hour of interval or tempo running.

Thursday:  Long swim of about 1-2.5 hours and lifting

Friday:  Long bike of 3-7 hours with a 30 min. brick run

Sat:  Day off eat and sleep in, play with the family.

Sun:  Long run 1.5-3 hours

I try and keep it short but specific with quality trumping quantity.
I like to do stretching or yoga in the am and pm.

So far things have been going great!

Hello all!!!!

Great site.....  I love reading everyones post.  I have eaten raw before and drifted to the wrong path for a while.....  I am happy to say I am back to mostly vegan RAW and loving it again....  I am currently training and doing in the end of June Ironman CDA triathlon.  I plan on qualifying for Ironman Hawaii.  I want to do these while being RAW or vegan.

So far training has been going great.....  I love it.

I am still trying to figure out how to get in enough calories while racing and eating raw.  Some things I have been working on is soaking dates and using the sweet juice from them...  If anyone has got suggestions let me know.....

Anyway I just wanted to drop a line to say hi to all and express what a great site this is!!!!!!!!

My personal bests.....  are to come.
