This is my official start to raw foods. I'd read up on it a few years ago but recently decided to try it. I've been experimenting properly with it for around 2 months. My transition was quite easy too...because I was already vegetarian and ate lots of veggies, brown rice and fruit. I've been vego for 8 years and raised mostly vegetarian because of my parents.
I am also a naturopath and acupuncturist always looking for new ways to improve health and happiness.

So...this is todays menu

Breakfast- soaked almonds, walnuts, cashews, sesame seeds, linseed, sultanas and banana (my own type of muesli mix just without the oats)
Snack- dried figs
Lunch- salad mix with avocado and an orange
Snack- a beautiful mango
Dinner- a salad mix with olives

Activity- the 5 Tibetan Rites

My aim is to get to sleep early tonight, in preperation for the Christmas chaos.....Smiley

She finally found a paradise it seems."
