Thx, BB. Emotionally, i am doing well, tho i still gaze out the window wanting to see her where i feel she should be. Physically, i am dealing w/a cold partially brought on by the change of seasons, part by my emo-eating. I'm catching on ;o) & am having a smoothie for breakfast: 2 oranges/4 nanas/1c fr strawberries. Ry just requested some so i'll be having more! Hope to get the dishes done so i can make juice today. Thx again for everyone's sympathy. Love

Wanted to "check in" & update... After trying to hot tea & garlic toast my "cold" away, w/o real results, & reading (continuing to read- far too crazy long for 1 day reading quest!) my new copy of Live Food Factor, i decided to go the rr again. I have been 100% real since friday. The truly fantastic part is i've not eaten a thing- not even blendeds!- between 6pm & 8am each day! That is major because that is my typical binge pd. Noticed changes as early as saturday- jeans fit better on my thighs & i could zip them up w/o killing myself, cleansing began w/break outs on my forehead & arms, breath was not dreaded "morning" breath either. Sunday cleansing went further w/am bm that was awesome! Tmi but it was effortless & extensive & made me laugh. & made me lighter. Enough of that... Today is monday. This weekend's gotten me all giddy. Plan on journal-ing 1x/week. Will weigh myself 1x/wk as well. Want to wait 'til friday for my 1st weigh-in. Starting wt was 180-ish lbs. 2 wks ago, give or take. Love

Hey MW, nice to hear from you again. So glad to hear you are feeling better (and lighter  rofl)Funny, you can always make me laugh  laugh TMI sure, but you got a giggle out of it so that was great, and I got a giggle out of it too, so it couldn't be all that bad!!
I really like your idea of not eating at all during those times that you would normally binge....I find I am awesome during the day, then dinner time comes and my eating is certainly not ideal. Are your family happy with that arrangement? They don't miss you at meal times? I have been such a grazer over the past couple of weeks that i never sit down to a meal with anyone anymore.
I have just been introduced to an absolutely divine juice - i have one every morning:

1 medium beetroot
handful of basil leaves
1 lime, peeled
1/2 red capsicum
2 pears

wow it just revs me up, really gets me inspired to get things done and be organised during the day. SUPER JUICE YEE-HAA!

Look forward to hearing more of how you are going.

Today was Weigh Day- i'm down about 5lbs! I haven't been able to keep my 6pm curfew every night but no food has passed these lips after 9- which was just our anniversary & hub got home late but i'd finished eating by 9. Other eves i'd be so busy getting the fam's sup together i'd lose track of time. So, 4 of 7 days I made curfew. Not bad! Carm, ever seen Ratatouille? I'd become Emille, "What's that? Can i eat it?" It's cute when a cg rat is stuffing trash in its mouth, not so when it's me! A 6pm curfew has helped me w/cravings because I think of the work my body's doing & how unhappy I get when I spend time cleaning & it's undone in minutes! Other than the eves I missed curfew, I wasn't able to sit w/the fam while they ate until last night. I've also prayed that I'm a good example for others. Oddly enough, we bought a new range & it's being used daily for the fam's meals. I'm making all sorts of stuff for THEM- lol... I am doing well Shocked) So, I renew my commitment another week: 6pm curfew, 100% live foods, WD Friday. I'll check in then! (Carm- so glad you found humor in my bm experience :D Funny stuff! How are you & yrs? Love

WD #2- 4lbs! Lovely surprise as I didn't feel that it was that much. Still haven't perfected the curfew & had 2 snack nights past 9. Wednesday was feeling off, like I was getting a cold. Hubby said it sounded like a detox & asked if i'd eaten anything I shouldn't. Very cute! Neet, the cravings are still there but certain cooked things make me quite nauseous. Took 3 tries to frost a cake for fam, it made me so ill! What a victory, eh!? Thanks for the support :*

Hi MW! I wonder if your red navels are the same as blood oranges we get here. yum for sure.
Glad to hear your last couple of WD's have been positive for you, that's really exciting - 5lbs and 4lbs respectively - be proud!

Ratatouille is one of those kiddies movies i would be happy to watch over and over, but sadly the kids are a bit frightened by it. Lachie was waking up during the night crying that the 'white man' (the nasty chef dude) was trying to get him and he was running away! It's been a few months since they've seen it, so I think it's time to try again.

We have been well. I have not been listening to myself lately and have found I don't feel the greatest, so yesterday set myself a little challenge to help get back on the path to wonderful health again. Will update at a later stage. Take care and have fun!

Carm! White men scare me too! Which is a funny ting since I am white. LOL. I kill me! (20 happy points for the 1st 1 to correctly name that reference!) I overly enjoy Pixar films- so clever! Blood oranges are completely different- isn't that wonderful? You have a new citrus to try! Had miso soup & nori cones for sup last night. HC please no one school me on the un-rawness of miso... I know! Have sprouted buckwheat, flax crackers, nut/seed cheese, & spice girl cookies in the dehydrator. I'll think of a better name for the cookies when I post the recipe. Tomorrow is WD!

Ah, should've specified that wasn't a pixar ref. But yr right, it does sound very Mike-like. No, this ref goes back to the 80s... I don't know if it even aired outside the US. Released 1 more pound this week- good! I know what i need to do to release a higher #. Sees ya'll next Friday!

Glad yr enJOYing it, Jen! Just popping in to say, since I'm being such a rawsomely good girl, I am fasting today! Told myself I would fast to celebrate my 1 month raw but think its silly to wait a week (CAN YA BELIEVE IT?!) when I feel like my bod's been asking for this for @ least a week... So, today I am fasting on water only. Will be breaking it tomorrow @ 9-ish AM with fresh-squeezed oj. Excited!
