There's a sign posted turn off on the main road that goes through the centre of Mclaren vale. Its on the ocean side of the town just after all the shops and stuff finnish and just before the main road hits a t. junction.

i hit up the loquat tree across the train line from our house today. I picked a bowlful and came home and ate... they were so good, the nicest i've had ever. Then Perilla came home with a watermelon, and we had a big bowl of that too.

we tried the loquats in a juice with oranges the other day. It was really creamy and a nice change on a normal OJ.

also we put some left over durian in a green smoothy. it was a little lumpy and tasted pretty strongly of durian, but  was pretty good.

lovely fruity goodness.
