Our recent fridge disaster meant we've been eating frozen foods in creative ways all week. Here's a real winner...

* Fresh corn on the cob
* Freeze it whole overnight or longer
* Thaw and take off husk
* Dehydrate until warm (can be thawed this way too)
* Drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
* Sprinkle with salt or other seasonings

Corn done this way tastes JUST like the boiled or BBQ'd corn on the cob I grew up on in Canada. Just delicious, and so tender too!

Enjoy!
