I planning on going to Urunga later this year.. which is kinda close so i'll have to come see it - It sounds like paradise.

fbi, yeah land prices are pretty low at moment we paid $275 000 for our farm (close to town) but its dropped to somewhere around $220 000 over the last year or so.... shame. word is that the next price 'boom' will be in 2010...
but just last week i saw a 5 acre block 10 mins sth of coffs with creek and close to beach for $169 000. sounds to good to be true. so if there was a time to buy round here, it'd be right now....     hope that helps...

time seems to go slow Stine.... we don't take on wwoofers atm but would love to in years to come.
nevertheless, there's heaps of work to be done and we can surely take in visitors anytime lol
i'd say that next summer most trees will be starting to crop, and we'll be much more established
