Hello Dear Raw Friends,

Time for an update!

I'm excited to announce a new name and web address for our Sydney based vegan rawfood group!

"GAIA's Table: eating a raw plant based diet as an act of love for the planet"

I have re-formated the site and I think everything is up and running fine, so have a look, hunt around, let me know if you find any boo-boo's!

Also an important reminder that our next gathering will be on
Sunday, April 27th, 2008 from 12 noon sharp!
Once again Lotus & John are generously offering to be our hosts and welcome us back into there home in the  northern part of Sydney.
The theme this month will be Italian, so put your thinking caps on and do some web searching or recipe book browsing!

Please RSVP to me as usual for further details and let me know what you'd like to bring.

 yahh   Yeeha!   Food feast again............  it just gets better and better.    Can't wait to see everyone and enjoy the colourful, yummy dishes.
