Karen we all need support no matter where we are in our raw journeys. If we are sailing along, or struggling trying to get through just one meal raw.  Many people don't understand how hard it can be to give up a lifelong habit. This is especially true for women because food is at the very core of who we are.

Loving it back here.

Gosia that sounds great. Sad I can't make it, smile. I could really do with a warm, spiced apple juice at the moment. It is a tad cold down here in Bridgetown.

Still growing fruit trees and other goodies in your garden?

Welcome back, though you’re before my time Smiley You’ve been sorely missed, whenever someone lamented those who were no longer active participants on here, you were always warmly mentioned by a lot of people.

It is a bit more than a tad cold here!  laugh Yes, the fruit trees still keep growing, without much particular effort on my part, thankfully. I was not doing much for about a year after silly me injured my disc, but it is much better now. So, I am slowly gearing up for more gardening, jumping on our trampoline and even a gym (I packed my gym gear, only the shoes to go). I fondly recall your moon-dancing post, Joss! Smiley

Yes Neet I am still living with my sister in Perth. I was very involved with my daughter, but things suddenly became rather troubled. So now I am taking time out for me and doing what I want to do in life.

I am finding solace in walking, always a favourite way of being with myself. I have a new grandson, Cody who turns one this week. I am not loving the winter and I really am looking forward to summer. Other than that, I am pretty much the same as I was last year.

I read some threads and learnt a little about your personal life. So very glad to know everythiing is working out for you now. Life can be so very confusing  sometimes. No use looking back, we can only learn from these experiences and go forward.

Cheers, Joss

Life lessons hey... can be heartbreaking, confusing, terrifying, depressing until you get through them and then all of a sudden it gets better. Most of the time. Had one last week. Feeling great now!

Joss do you get to see much of Cody? I'd imagine that you would be a very loving Grandma. Caitlyn loves the little silicone bakeware you got her. We've made loads of chocolates in them and she has also used them in her doll's house. They are well looked after though.

Hi Joslyn
I first 'met' you on Dr Fuhrman's web site, I have now gone raw and finding it easier than the Docs 'diet' but it has its challenges as well.  Don't have to worry about vinegar so much now!   laugh  And i just love this site as it is local and  the ingredients and recipes are local Aussie.

Congrats on the grandie,  juiceup

I have two little girl (7 months) and little boy (4 3/4 years). They are a delight in my life.  Little boy is special, born with a lot of "medical problems" he has had a lot of battles and is now progressing well, he is and always will be my precious one - starts school next year.  He has just moved away from us, they used to live with us and i miss him soooo much, though i do see him 2-3 times per week.

I do hope that all was well with your little one it is so very difficult when there are problems.
Regards
