Hello everyone - does anyone know of a way to make raw 'bread' without gluten in it? Am having trouble with reflux and indigestion and need something to soak up some acids in there. If I am completely on the wrong track, please let me know!

I love essene bread, but family can't eat it as it is full of wheat and gluten.

best cheers and thanks, Niqi

Buckwheats are a great way to have your 'Raw-bread' in your Diet...!
It tastes and feels so lighter (fruit-alike) in the body than anyelse you might come across (crackers etc.)...
I can eat large amount of Buckhwheat without feeling sick , heavy , clogged...
actually it seems that with its fibre it has a very nice cleansing effect on body-bowel...
Just add little amounts of soaked Flaxseeds , carrot , celery , herbs to your soaked-sprouted Buckhwheat Kernels and blend it to a dough-alike consistence (adding bit of water , tomato , seaweed) then dehydrate for 8-10 hours.... and Enjoy!

Ignoring the bread question and going for this bit - If you want something to soak up the acids, chia seeds, unsoaked, just eat a table spoon or so UNSOAKED.  They'll soak up anything.

Buckwheat and chia are good together
