hey there Eve....a large green salad

loads of lettuce
tomatos
fennel
macadamia nuts
topped with lemon juice

smoothie

bananas
dates
baby spinach

if you can get fresh durian, most heating food yet

blended soup
tomatos
avocado
greens
fresh coriander
celery

meal of mono bananas
if you want to add in dates and celery, makes for a more balanced meal

lettuce wraps
squish up avocado
add in raw corn
lemon juice
grated carrot
fine chopped celery
wrap in large lettuce leaves

foods that warm you
bananas
durian
raw nuts and seeds
sundried sultanas
fresh dates
young coconut (not hard coconut...soo hard to digest)

just dont overdo the fats else you will feel sluggish and slow

best thing you can do to warm up is cold showers, exercise plenty of sleep lots of water to hydrate you
and warming foods some of which i have listed above..and dressing warmly enough, but not when you sleep,as you need to dress super lightly or nothing at all is best~as your body temp needs to drop to sleep well!

as one who feels the cold, and has suffered Raynards(intense intolerance to the cold)and still do somewhat...i know all the tricks....

Hi! When the chill is in the air (now, in the states- don't get the dates of postings- apologies if this is out of season!) i add cayenne, fresh hot peppers, & garlic to everything. Adore garlic in veg juice. Add peppers to soups/dips. Pit dates and eat them on apple slices for raw caramel apples. Also, eating yr foods @ room temp or warming them in the dehydrator might help.
