Title: Check Out Cafe Live! Post by: Piers on Saturday 08 May, 2004 If you're over Dundas St West way check out "Cafe Live" (that's live as in live music, not as in to live down the road). Now that TO finally has a raw food cafe to call it's own, they deserve all the support they can get! The food sounds fabulous by all reports!

We just had dinner from Cafe Live (now redubbed the Live Health Cafe) and the food is GREAT! Really good value, very tasty. Especially worth checking out are their burritos (which taste spookily 'cheesy') and their lemon, macadamia pie (the closest to cooked lemon cheesecake I've ever seen). The store is tiny and not that easy to find, but if you're passing through Toronto take our advice and check it out! Yum! |
