Raw Food Forums

Hi everybody,

I'm new to this raw food thing and I figured it would be helpful when I can contact people from The Netherlands via this forum. For instance, to gain more knowledge about where to get all these ingredients and perhaps for translations for certain names of some ingredients as well. Lot's of ingredients have similar names in Englisch in comparison with Dutch namings, but there are still some that I'm not sure of.

best dried figs ive ever had where in middleburg!

i love figs, one of my favourite fruit when dried...
always with some organic apple and a few nuts when i was cycling...

in Italy they make very good dried figs you can found almost everywhere cheap in the European Fruit Shops and best quality...
