Title: Website Not Working Right For You? PLEASE READ FIRST
Post by: Piers on Tuesday 29 May, 2007
Something not working quite right?
 You've come to the right place!
Here's the best way to get help:

1. Often the same questions are asked more than once, so first up use the search function in the top left corner of this page to see if your question has already been answered.

2.
If someone's mentioned it before, reply to their post so we know how many people are affected. If not start a new post in this forum ("Forum Assistance").

3. If your problem has to do with logging in or logging out, usually you just need to "clear your browsers cookies". If you don't know what this means you can find other posts explaining it by searching for "clear browser cookies" (without the quotation marks).

4. If your problem is something else, there's some information we need to know, specifically:

        a) What browser and version are you using? (EG Internet Explorer 6? 7? Safari? Firefox?)
On a PC you can find this out by clicking on the "Help" menu at the top of your browser
window and choosing the "About" menu item (EG "About Internet Explorer" or "About
firefox"). That will give you a name and a number (EG "Internet Explorer 6.00.1.2")

       b) What type of computer are you using? (EG Linux, Windows, Apple Mac)? If there's a start
button in the bottom left corner it's most likely windows, if there's a small apple up the
top left it's probably an Apple Mac.

       c) When does the problem happen? If it's only some times (for example just in the
forum) please let us know this. If it's only on some specific pages it would be a huge help if
you copy the address /URL from the address bar in your browser. The address part is where
would type www.Raw-Pleasure.com.au to come here. :)

       d) What is the problem? What's actually happening that doesn't look right? Is there an error
message? If so, please include that. If not, a description is fine.

5. Now just create a new post here with a title that clearly includes the problem and you're done!
We'll help you out as quickly as we can.

Cheers
