Title: Weight Training site with clear demos Post by: VegiesMakeMeSmile on Tuesday 24 July, 2007 I don't know if this site has been mentioned anywhere before but each exercise (and there are hundreds) has a moving picture to show you what to do. I think it's just a .gif rather than a movie so minimal download. Also shows some core strength exercises which were mentioned somewhere recently - Freelea's journal I think.
