At the first potluck I went to a couple of years back, there was a dish made with the vegetable fibre from juicing. It was a Mexican theme and and it was a "Not Beef" dish or something. Was pretty good. I will see if I can find the recipe for you.

I can also imagine some raw burgers being made this way and am pretty sure I have also seen a recipe for these, or else I could probably work out how to make them. I will let you. You could make some burgers and either have them cold or else straight out of the dehydrator and therefore warm. Some sort of salad dressing made to be thicker as a sauce or one made with sundried/semi-dried tomatoes would also be good. Heaps of salad on the side. Hmm, looks like I need to go and play in tthe kitchen.

This is a great topic! Do you have a dehydrator? I reckon that you could make crackers, burgers, blend it into soup. Yummo!

I can't wait to see what others come up with. I think I'll have to make a juice tomorrow and start experimenting!

Well I don't juice very much at all but I'll tell you what I do with my pulp... feed it to my darling guinea pigs! They seem to just love it. Probably not a useful suggestion but thought I'd share anyway. Oh and my dog has eaten it in the past too.

Celery:
If you do your celery first and remove just the celery pulp, you can dehydrate that into celery salt.  Makes a really nice seasoning for when you need it.  Whizz it in a coffee/spice grinder to get it to a powder form after dehydrating.

Carrot:
I think somewhere around here is a recipe for the raw pizza bases made from carrot pulp? well worth searching for I reckon!

Apple:
I'd be tempted to tweak the pizza base recipe using apple pulp to make a dessert pizza!

Carrot pulp would make a nice base for a carrot cake, try adding dried fruit(medjool dates), nuts, mixed spice and lemon juice. The frosting could be orange / lemon(made with medjool dates and macadamia nuts).

Pulps could also be used up in salad dressings, home composting and soups / sauces.

I hope this will inspire you to get creative!
