i was a big carob fan..i ate it daily in the form of vegan sweets. when i went raw i gave it up. cos its really, really hard to get raw. organic carob pods are around though. so when i want a carob fix i just chow down some whole organic oz carob pods.. if we want something sweet fruit will fill that need. carob powder on its own is pretty bland. its a great recipie tool yet ive found since upping my intake of fresh fruit..i dont make sweet recipies like i used too. yet im still happy to be a taste tester if need be for raw creations..lol!
