I'm afraid in the recipe department I'm not all that much help... my little boy loves straight up raw meat but he's not a fan of much else. There are some recipes in Ani Phyo's book that her dog apparently loves but again, Casper is not a fan. I think it would be much better to start a dog off raw as a pup - Casper is 10 1/2 after all.
I'd like to suggest that rather than 'weaning' your pup off of normal food, you switch her all at once. She may resist at first but stick with it and you'll convince her. That's just my opinion, anyway. Have a read through the pet section here and you'll find where I've posted some info about how much a dog should eat in a day etc etc... and post some photos of your little girl for us!!
