1 table spoon each of Cacao Powder and Mesquite Meal 4 Dates frozen bananas Water Soak the seeds, berries and cashews for about 20 minutes. Blend until smooth. I'm well thanks! Just really really busy with school and then fitting in too much life in in-between.
