MMM,sounds incredible DR...maybe you'll bring me back some to try...

enjoy your milo, which will help you peddle all the milos(LOL) that you need to ride..onto the the next fruit feast...

Ah,not really thinking to hard about food today,am on my weekly water fast, and thinking i might do a 48 hour fast this week, feel as though i need it....

Fruit will taste all the sweeter when i break my fast(if it's at all possible to be any more delicious...)

I'll check on that... I know coconuts from overseas are frowned on... and bee products to Perth... I hadn't heard of coconuts though. Will check tomorrow.

Thanks,
Sheryl

Coconuts are fine for WA - I just cleared it with Australia Post. Maybe you and Jen want to combine a shipment to save on postage?

The ones we have are nearing the end of the freshness (they are ideal 2-3 weeks after picking and it's almost 3 now), however we will be getting more in early in 2005. Plan for it then!! Given it takes longer to ship to WA it won't be safe to ship them to you now.

Cheers,
Sheryl

Wow!

Sensational treat - my raw hating mother and her crazy boyfriend loved this little number. They thought it was pulled from a factory and a cow.

I had to fight them for it.

Hi Guys,
I'm about to make my hot chocolate which is not much different to your "milo"
2 heaped tsp raw cocoa
6 dates used normal last time will try it with mejool tonight or less to taste
1 mugfull of almond milk
blend till all is smooth and adjust to taste - if you want more sweetness add more dates etc or more  bitter add more cocoa then gently warm over double boiler.

Delicious, filling and satisfies the chocolate ogre in me.
