''does the soaking, dehydrating, then grinding make a huge difference compared to grinding then soaking? Is the soak/dehydrate/grind for sprouting the seeds before grinding, and they won't sprout once ground?''
grinding then soaking? i've never done that , how do you strain the powder from water then

? perhaps you wont soak it once grinded , but what about the inhibitors , gel?
anyway , yes it makes difference to soak/dehydrate/grind rather then grind and take internally..., but as said it depends also on the quantities you are taking... 1tsp or 4tbsp or 4 cups LOL...
obviously we werent meant to eat very large amounts of that stuff so one way to make Gourmet Recipes with seeds is to soak/dehydrate/grind... and then go forth with the preparation of crackers, patties, bread, granola etc.
if i follow recipes and grind without soaking-dehydrating to make Crackers eg. i wont digest and feel well...
one year ago i made a cake using grinded oat groats (dry) and felt funny...
''Soak, dehydrate, then grind, of course, best for the tummy. If only I was not such a lazy bugger... Tsk tsk, will try be good now''
on the lazy bugger note hehe:
its for Lazy Buggers LOL: ,
all you have to do is SOAK (2min) overnight (e.g. Flax+Sesame),
in the morning you wont even need to strain much or very little , get it straight on the trails of Dehydr. as it is and level it with spatula 1-2 cm (it will stick together with Flax)... Leave it there while your busy and when you come home again see if you want to turn it over... If you are still lazy (or busy :-) then leave it another couple of hours and you will see that it is ready to be used grinded in your following recipes.... you can also eat is as it is with bit of avocado , salad...
This is Lazy Buggers Crackers LOL
what about the inhibitors? i guess after the soaking, dehydrating most are gone...
