61  PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / RAW Chat / Re: Help my mum choose a Nutbusiness name.... on: Thursday 04 January, 2007
Hi Lea,

I pondered this over the day, and have only now come up with

Nutty Organics

I love thinking of business names but seem to have been lacking in inspiration today.
Best of luck in your search for your mum.

Blessings

I had my face painted last month at my girls' school Spring Fair.  Felt wonderful to be "brave" enough to line up and have it done.

Thanks guys.
I will try the extra fruit before lunch to see if that helps.  Also realised that it is a monthly cycle thing too, now that explains what's been going on the last couple of days.   cheesy
That is a great idea raw vegan vanilla butter cake.  I'll have to go experiment.  I made the Luscious Lemon Cookies the other day.  They were great.  But sadly only lasted two days.  And I whipped up a choc shake too.  Put a bit much agave syrup in though.  Boy was it sweet.
This is such a great journey, and I am loving the ride (well most of the time anyway)

Love to all

As with a lot of people, I keep starting the day really well, and slipping into cooked sometime after lunch.  After sitting and scrolling through this wonderful forum and other sites I have now come up with a strategy.  I am going to place beautifully decorated cards around the kitchen, where I prepare food, in the pantry etc to remind me of why I am eating raw.  Golden words for the goddess in me.  My chosen mantra for the moment is:-

"You deserve the best!"

Which means the vanilla butter cake my girls made so lovingly yesterday isn't the best, but the huge mango sitting in the fruit bowl is, and the water from my rain water tank is, the cup of tea isn't.  I feel so much more on top of things now.

And so it is.
Love and blessings to all

Thanks guys

I feel so welcome here.  I actually managed to numb myself so well last night that I couldn't work on anything
My next plan was to approach it with Theta Healing and deal with it that way.  And as for cookies, I have plans to make the lemon coconut biscuits, they sound wonderful.

Blessings

Hi Sheryl

I love reading (un)cookbooks.  If you still need proofreaders I would love to.  And extra inspiration for a raw Christmas would be wonderful.

I love your website and have been reading the forum for the past week or so after having only just found it.  So many beautiful people, with varied and intelligent input.  How refreshing to read such positiveness.

After having bought Lesley Kenton’s book in 1993, and finding many pointers this year to raw food I finally dipped my big toe into raw food for the last six or so weeks. I obviously take a while to get used to an idea, but once I started it was very easy, so I figured that it was what I was meant to be doing.   I love it and was feeling quite smug about not having any issues come up.

However, today I have been feeling very alone, lonely perhaps.  I haven’t delved too far into it yet, and of course nibbling at the few odd biscuits and things that were made yesterday for the children to take for their last day of school morning tea today.  This evening it has been cold chocolate milky drinks, and as I just drained the second one I realised what I was doing.  Numbing myself.  I feel scared to let this aloneness come up, I realise that it must, as I think it has dominated and directed a lot of my life in one way or another.

So I am off shortly (after the girls are asleep) to quiet myself and see where this leads.  May there be new roads to traverse, with many new friends.

Love and Blessings to all
