you're an 811 dynamo..go for it..

damn on the pine...adore pineapples..must get some today i feel the need!

you are detoxing for sure,if you feel flu-ey..just imagine if you had never gone to low fat..that mucous wouldve been trapped in your body, and maybe manifested as another kind of dis-ease of the body...you are doing great things for your physical and mental health...

terrific!! ohyeah

p.s when you're detoxing its quite normal not to be very hungry...as you're body is working very hard to evacuate any mucous and toxins it doesnt need Smiley

hey lovely...

just focus on the 811 diet, and get that down to a fine art...when done correctly, and yes organic where possible is the best...you wont be looking for added algae drinks..Dr D is firmly against ingesting any algaes and seaweeds..

x

sounds delicious Sup....

you're skin will get tighter and tighter...high fruit and low fat,is like a full body lift...its incredible...if you can see it,imagine those that havent seen you for awhile..they will do a double take....its awesome

when you have more muscle, yes you burn more cals even whilst just resting, its very cool....xx

glad you are doing so very well...i actually dont own scales...nope,not with my personality,id be on em 4 times a day lol

thanks Melb...i actually dont swallow it,i did couple of times...now i just spit it out like normal toothpaste...i have always had an intolerance to overt fats..that why 811 works so very well for me..thanks for info though...:)i would rather put the coconut oil on my skin,as i do...a small amount is still absorbed into my body...

Thanks Les,re the training tips...i train hard full body....i will see how i go whole body training 3 days a week...with cardio in between...if im still fatiguing i will break it up into body sections as you suggest...i do like to train my legs and butt everytime though...

p.s ive transitioned easily from half pushups to full pushups..i am so much stronger now.,its awesome...i am sleeping around 9 hours a night...

Wooks, love thanks..im surrounded by pt's...my husband being one of them...he tells me what he thinks, and i go ahead and do it my way most times anyway he he...i will be mindful of overtraining...when i do,i get bitchy and tired..so i know the warning signs, lolxx

done full body 1 hour this morning...2.5 km run...10 mins trampoling..
prob do a bike ride later...or help Nige mow the copious lawns that we have..thats a workout in itself..for some this may all seem alot...but i feel so great...i love to move my body...and feel and look the best that i can...

Les...are you still having the superfoods?cos they will sit heavily in your belly...if you dont have the superfoods...you will feel more like eating the whole foods...the only way to stimulate the appetite more is to move more...dont force the eating though,if you arent hungry..perhaps theres some cleaning out your body needs to do first..811 is a very different way of eating...and you will be dispelling more mucous etc, from when you ate higher fat and more superfoods Smiley

wanted to add...

that for anyone who has/had uc or any bowel imflammation...i am super super stoked at my healing progress..

i drank over a litre of fresh oj yesterday...plus ate more oranges....and my bowel was fine....plus all the tomatos i eat...this is awesome progress...and hopefully its encouraging to others who have had the same disorder in their tummies...Smiley

wheeeeeeeeeeee.....

awesome going Les...

perhaps eat your bananas and celery rather than blending them then?another goodie is wrapping the bananas in lettuce..

rotation of your fruit as much as possible is the best...have a great night x

Tora thats pretty low impact training....i would say in between the fitball/rebound training..perhaps do cardio, some weights and stretching...xx yup toms and strawbs awesome plus...see how you go,great to hear you're training

try this sauce over spirilzed zuchinnis

blend
tomatos
baby spinach
mangos(les you'll love this)
touch of fresh basil
wedge of jap pumpkin
celery

pour over zuchinni
and if you wish, cube some avo and dice more tomatos and celery

man had this for dinner totally wicked

LEs,thank re the tip dropping back to 3 days per week...
i  train my whole body each time i weight
train...hence finding 4 days weight training ina  week, plus cardio etc,not giving me quite enough recovery time...

todays training
t5t's
5 kms of running
10 kms of rowing

and tonight 1 hour cycling on my racer..ahh,will post some pics soon of me on my bike....it was heaps of fun...havent really got into it before, but give me some great cross training..wheeeeeeeeeeee...

the celery and bananas..perhaps you werent overly hungry when you drank it Les...or it was too soon after a previous meal,or you werent hydrated enough..always ensure that you have at least 400mls of water,15 mins before eating...

RR,was just thinking of you today....mwah thanks for popping in...was thinking of my litl buddy sparkles too...where is that girl ??

you wont lose muscle Jedi...you are strength training...you will however lose fat and water....

personal experience and watching others on 811 eating...

i think 4000-5000 cals will be a good bench mark for you,and see how you feel/perform on this amount of food..

when you have overt fats, like avo, have them as your last meal of the day,and your salad last meal of the day...otherwise it can really make you feel very foggy and slow you down...and try not to have overt fats every day...you will feel and perform better this way...

you're doing well getting your cals up...Smiley
