Wow, I've had a hectic couple of days, generally dealing with computer issues. I'm on under a new name because I have managed to (somehow) mess up my registration. I changed email addresses over the weekend and I suppose that's where things went wrong.
Yesterdays Eats Morning - Green smoothie: spinich, oranges, banana, almond milk (shared it with my Dad so I didn't get the usual amount) Snack - A pear Lunch - Veggie Juice: beets, beet greens, carrots, celery, garlic Grazed - several, handfuls of nuts and seeds (was feeling munchie) Dinner - small salad with lemon juice for dressing Snack - Banana smoothie cals = 1769, 28fats/63carbs/9protien (Thanks, Joss, for telling us about Nutridiary)
Todays Eats Lunch - 1.75 liters of my usual green smoothie Dinner - small salad Snack - 3 ounces of nuts and seeds cals = 1232, 48fats/43carbs/9protien (Wow, those are skewed stats)
Counting My Blessings I was so freaked out by the fact that I couldn't get onto rp forum. I'm thankful that I've found a community to learn from and share with, AND that I can access it tonight. I'm also thankful that I found raw chocolate powder at the health food market today!
My email address changed over the weekend. However, I haven't received the activation email so that I can log on under my original registration. I tried several times with no success. I eneded up re-regestering all over again under a new name just so I could get on and get help.
