Well I had a pretty good day on my first day of being raw
....I woke up and had water till about 3pm. I just wanted to do a small fast for the day....3.00pm I blended up a banana and handful of strawberries. not to many cravings so far..
5.00pm I made a mediem bowl of salad with mint, parsley, mixed baby salad leaves, rocket, chives, tomatoe, avocado and basil all fresh of course.... I also added spoonful of honey....yumo.....
workout upper body weight training... So far no real cravings happening as yet
....I kept busy by going vegie shopping and looking for new pots for my garden..I think a good trick is to keep your mind active and not think to much....

kicking myself for breaking this diet... Reading other peoples storys makes me realise you have good and not so good days sometimes . Everyone craves for other stuff every now and then....its not the end of the world...Well tommorrow i have decided i will start on my raw food journey.I need some challenges in my life at moment.This would be a good one to start with.... I just know i will feel so much better if I can conquer my cravings and get back into some fitness regime,(spring is round the corner)..I would feel so much better in myself for doing this
