Ah yes, we had a fabulous time - all too short of course. We have more visitors from Greg's family coming to stay on Tuesday for two weeks so I will probably be fairly absent for a while again...or perhaps not! Hey, I should suss out some Sydney people because we are coming over for 2 weeks at christmas time...there must be one of those fabbo raw potlucks that I hear/see so much about happening...fingers crossed!!!
We had a gorgeous time, and guess what?!? She has gone from vegetarian to vegan! She loved eating raw with us and learning some new ideas to expand her vegan self. It was so lovely to have her here with us...I miss her so much already...
Yes! thanks for your imput and inspiration Freelea!! Very much appreciated. I'm so glad that I don't drive, I'm sure that I would be double the size I am if I had any desire to drive rather than walk. I do need to cycle more, now that Wiremu is coming up to 6 months old I feel the need to get a cycle trailer for the kids so that I can get back on the bike. I think that my daily gardening must have a positive impact too...need to take it up a notch or three though and push myself outside of the realm of comfortable.
hello all - I have to fess up that exercise has really slipped by the wayside. I'm not sure exactly when this happened, just missing one day, then another and then next thing you know it just isn't happening. Bub (SIX teeth now!!!!!) is finally asleep so I will seize this opportunity to get my paid work done...just wanted to pop in and MAKE MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE!!!! Move that body Meg!!!
I am working on one...but takes precious time....hard with 3 little ones, unless someone has the patience to type out all my recipes, I have HEAPS...could be a great partnership!
Don't know what she is into, but homeopathy has also had very good results treating vitiligo. Peanuts are contraindicated - so she will need to avoid these and peanut oil.
