Everytime I find my enthusiasm flagging, I find that visiting raw forums, chatting with my raw friends, immersing myself in raw websites, and reading over the raw books (especially the recipe sections...) reignites the spark of passion that I first felt when I discovered raw (May 2002). There is such a fabulous amount of support out there, and I love the fact that for as many people who have chosen to go raw there are as many (if not more) ways to enjoy the raw journey!

To be honest, food and nutrition has always been exciting for me, and discovering a way of eating that not only feels right for me but also heightens my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experience has been the ultimate inspiration. The most recent thing that made raw exciting for me was discovering that I can finally find all of the magical foods that I have been reading about for all these years in Australia....agave...cacao nibs...YAY!
