I started a 30 day 100% raw challenge about a month ago and feel GREAT! Along the way I have converted my friend who is also still raw today and loving it. On Saturday my other friend and her husband are going on the raw challenge to lose weight. She is always asking me what it is about me looking so good, so I told her, it's all about health and what you put into your body. Now that I am 1 months raw I even look better than before and so my friends got serious about their weight issue and wanted my help. I am so excited that they are ready to take the step to good health! I think slowly with education more and more people will realize that what is being advertised as healthy on television is a load of nonsense only to put money in the pockets of big companies and the government. To good health and keep spreading the word!
