I love to work out with heavy wieghts I love doing wieghted dips,chin-ups, bench and deadlifts and go for improvements,PB's but for what I really need to do I need to join a gym because of that I'm not as consistant as I'd like! I train 5-6 days a week!
That's real cool!!! yes I'm a workout nut! and a Fruitarian, I work out 5days a week but I'm having trouble with inconsistancy now because I'm running out of wieghts and I only get a workout partner once a week! great to hear from ya! I'm going for 140lbs on the chin-ups next!
