Hi Everyone,
I have finally convinced myself that I am going to give this ago and see where I get. I'm a little aussie who has been intrigued by the lovely Janita since meeting her and as she will know I was a very sick little girl. I have had a very rough last 4 years and have slowly crawled my way out of a hole that was all consuming and I am now reaping the rewards from the changes I have made in my life.
I have been scared I guess about trying this as my will power is terrible, but from reading the few posts I have it looks like you all seem to have little 'trips' at times. I guess I will just have a few more in the beginning.

well i have just create the first, of many green smoothies to come lol. must admit for a first effort it doesnt taste too bad. quite impressed with myself actually. neet you would be proud - even got a little thermos to take to school and have set the alarm a little earlier to make my salad. im a little concerned how this will go at school as i get awfully hungry by recess and pig out at lunch. but i will just have to play around a bit until i get the hang of what to have when i guess. my girlfriend de is going to experiment with me to so that will be good having someone close to ring when i am craving the things you know i love neet. hehe. i've been reading through bits and pieces that are on this site and its awesome and made some notes for the kitchen of things that dont taste all that good together in a smoothie. was quite unimpressed with the fact that i had 4 juicer/blenders in the house and have found all to be not in a working state except for the little mini one i had. looks like im out to the shops tomorrow for a new one. thanks for the warm welcome. im looking foward to the journey and to hopefully be able to get rid of some of the horrible little tablets i have to take at the moment. i guess time will tell. mwah to all xx
