lately i've been asking myself alot of questions about water. i've heard various things like botted water,
something about the droplets or someting or other being to large to be absorbed properly by the body
so ionised water is better. some days i can just keep drinking water and my mouth still feels dry but i'm not sure
if i'm really thirsty or not. i'm not sure if its a water thing but sometimes on those days i get can get really bloated and
i'm yet to make a connection to a possible cause. i'm not sure if i'm going through a detox when it happens or what but sometimes it seems like drinking water unnecessarily causes it. i'm also curious, what do you all drink? bottled water, tap, filtered, fresh from the creek
