HI and thankyou to all .who offered some helpful advice, I am so happy I discovered this web site. thanks to Jenniem,garfield22,dragonfly_emi,Rita and the otherlovely people, I haven't mastered how to work out their name. I am gathering some recipes and loving the way I feel. I live in Nerang , Gold Coast. and plan to go to the picnic in Rosser Park on this Sat . hope to see some of you there. I want to start making, recipes and eventually open up a business to educate , and serve raw foods. Why is wheat grass good if wheat isn't. I realise the srout side of wheat grass is good but wouldn't it be good to use a better grain that has not been tampered with. like spelt? Regards raw_joy
