I went to a lecture by a raw began doctor and he said that by weight, cos lettuce has more protein than red meat... so chow down 

I believe sprouts have a lot of available protein.

I did a search on youtube but nothing came up... oh well, hopefully they repeat it

 i waited until my cheapie smoothie blender died before I got the Cafe Series. I'd only had the smoothie blender 4 months and it karked it under warranty... ironically it was the casing the broke first and not the motor! I was actually quite impressed that it lived that long, I'd used it for nut milks, green smoothies and all kinds of things. I gave it a real thrashing.

The good news was that I took it back, got a refund, and and used the cash to go towards the Cafe Series - which I got cheaper because it was a display model! I was most impressed

I just got a Sunbeam Cafe Series 1200w and I think it's great. It seems very well thought out, and I especially like using the dial that gradually increased speed rather than buttons - it's heaps of fun!

I run a laughter club and I can tell you it's been such a transforming thing for both me and my partner, as well as for many of the people who come. It's tons of fun and healing at the same time!

I got one the other day from Seymour Safeway (of all places) and have seen them in Ballarat Safeway as well. If you're around either of those towns you might have a chance.

I have a solar one that my Dad made, it's in the shed needing repairs at the moment but I know it works a treat. He painted the inside with black eco-paint. He gave it to me a couple of months ago and I need to re-wire the trays before I can use it.

last time I ate KFC was about 15 years ago, I came up in this horrible rash around my mouth. Enough to turn me off for life!

my eyes have always been green, but now they've turned a kind of turquiose colour (which I'm very impressed about). My partner's eyes are brown. They used to be blue, and now we can see they're getting blue rims again.

And of course our eyes are much clearer and shinier now
