Had the most vivid dreams last night; one I was out skating with a friend from Adelaide, another one that I was in the supermarket and the rockmelons were $3.99 each..... and another one that I was in the hospital undergoing cancer treatment, I was just waking up from surgery and the doctor was telling me all this stuff and I could not focus properly...

Well that last one got me back on track this morning!!! Just got back from the supermarket and no spooning through a yummy watemelon.....YUM!

Had an amazingly stressful day today, I could actually see my swollen glands in the mirror this afternoon...bump... feeling pretty happy alday though!

Then somebody else got some lunch and got me a sandwich and I ate it!! It took me 5 minutes to realise I am raw Whaaaat??!!  I simply forgot, I guess it was a very stressful day....
Anyway after that I was sooo tired and sleepy and felt like other rubbish (did not eat it though) I am having an early night tonight to sleep it off. yaaawn!!

Absolutely agree! Never even came to mind it was not related actually.... although.... I do believe stress is a major factor as well.

I have never had acne, just the odd pimple as a teenager but my skin is completelt stuffed all bumps etc since I am under a HEAP of stress at the moment.

I do have a question; I have a friend, but not a really close friend who is really suffering from her acne, taking all sorts of medication (hormones etc.) How can I tell her about raw and acne without pushing her away...? and sounding like a know-it-all. She does not know I am raw, she does not live close to me so it is never a subject..

I can totally connect with the it feels weird and fake theme going on. I will keep going with it though just as a tool and to see what happens if I stick with it. I think it is the gazing in your own eyes that just makes me uncomfortable and a but giddy...

My friends (who are living in Broadbeach) have signed us up for swing & salsa classes so I guess it will be full on from mid January... lots of dancing 

Not much help with the bike, never really had that problem but the bike is more transport than excercise for me. Just to get me from A to B so normally no longer than 15minutes + I have been cycling my whole life born and raised in the Netherlands. That is how most people move around..
