Hi sun heart. I was actually going to write more of a reply with my experience of MSM. I did too much to start with in conjunction with too much of other stuff and this was a terrible mistake. Ive done alot of fish over my time, and therefore i believe i have built up alot of mercury toxicity. Cases like this, is probably why its suggested to start out with minimal doses. Its always best to educate yourself on a product like that before you just start 'going for it.'.
All the best..

Thanks for that no-frontiers. I suppose if i was to start to observe something itd be the moon. Ive recently been working on building up prana/mana through breathing so i can send that to my subconcious mind/the lower spine, and also holding the right attitudes in life that will help me straighten my spine so that when the kundalini awakens i wont have any of that pain happening. Its not that im searching for techniques, its a matter that ive never been fond of forcing anything, even when learning drumming, ive found that i learn/develop best when i just allow it. And so ive lived this in other areas of my life including martial arts.
Do you have MSN or anything? Send me a PM with you address or something.

Ok so ive gone through a whole 450g bottle and yeah id do it again. Its hard for me to scientifically sythesise the 'why' but yeah ive noticed improvements in my hair and skin. Im not sure that its exactly helped in getting rid of scar tissue. In this instance i would try other things and apply them topically on my skin in the affected areas. EDTA or DMSO i cant remember which one.

great reply on things rudolf Sweatpea; NLP has been described as "'an attitude' (of curiosity, and a willingness to experiment), a methodology (the 'meta' model (getting very specific till it can get annoying) - modelling people in general) which leaves behind a trail of techniques(the milton model(getting very vauge till all that remains is the 'structure'), anchoring, stimulus response, changing sub-modalities(a property of the visual modality is brightess for example. contrast, colour etc))". You can learn alot from reading books and the web. Try www.nlpweekly.com. The classic books id recommend are 'the structure of magic' 1 & 2 (for the meta model), "frogs into princes" (for the milton model), and timeline therapy and the basis of personality for something that ties these two things in an adds the TLT ideas. The whole thing is really based around the idea that we have 5 senses and our ability to utilise these senses will detirmine the way we have our internal experiences. Im starting to work in the opposite direction where i have internal experiences of feeling which help me understand the external world and what im seeing / hearing etc. lol. If i was to be a trainer in NLP id probably train everyone i know personal for free, but then ive been told that if people dont hand anything over for what theyre being given the oppourtunity to learn then they wouldnt exactly be committed to using the information in their lives. The problem with me doing that is, i dont exactly like the idea of teaching people who i will find it hard to teach properly, and then so the quality of NLP that people will say theyve been train in, will deminish really quickly, and so to preserve the integrity of the vast amount of learning based around the name "NLP" will lose its 'credability' as being a proper science of behaviour.. Im learning a martial art at the moment and its one of those martial arts that you never charge much for, its something to be handed down in a more mindful way. So yeah if i was to be able to teach NLP im one of those kinds of people that would just teach all i know to anyone who was willing to learn, and i dont know many people who would be willing to learn mind you.. So i suppose charging high would be a way of telling the un-serious to re-clarify their want to learn. Ive found these books and online resources enough to be useful on myself to help others occasionally when they need help because i have a very well developed auditory/auditory digital modality. You might learn better however through being able to 'see' other people do it in practice and being given instruction.. I havent exactly learned it to a masterful understanding of it but just some of the basic principals have enabled me to 'run my own brain'. If you have any more questions feel free to PM me about it.

PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / Personal Growth And Manifestation / Re: Holosync
|

Hey sweetpea Ive been sent a demo of it and i thought it was really well put together for a guided meditation. Some people just cant really reach those 'deep' states ('calm abiding' meditational style, as opposed to 'high') of conciousness unless they have a kind of guide to get there. So if you need something to guide you deep into feeling states like that, or even something that you can be disciplined to practice, sometimes we dont just buy things because its the best ever, but maybe because itl help us be more disciplined in practicing meditation. I understand how the holosynch technology works and id totally recommend it for anyone who needs a guided meditation or would find it useful, or would discipline them to meditate more. I personally 'use' 'meditation' for a purpose.(This idea might be shunned by some and is also welcomed by others.) So these days i find the free information from www.successultranow.com as particularly usefull for me and my purposes. There are many ideas surrounding 'meditation' and i think that hour long audio that i listened to at that site, really helped clarify why i am meditating and what i can do with it. Learning how to reach those deep delta wave states helping me to communicate to my unconcious mind and then to bring upon a feeling of love and inspiration to help 'blow out' any disharmonious frequencies in my body. I think what the universe comes down to is frequency and so by ingesting the good food that we eat here we learn how to go 'deeper' into meditation by being instructed how to do this through the food, and we're constantly learning through meditation how to be more aware and to learn to alter our conciousness like a wizard. Ive heard once before that the definition of magic, is mastering the 'changes' in conciousness. So for those starting out i can see, from what i know, that the holosynch process is a great way to learn to connect to these deep delta states of the mind through the bi-aural technology, to be aware of that state and learn how to get back there without the guide later on would be empowering. If youre not wanting to spend money, silva ultra mind has a free course on their site which has also tied in alot of information for me as well as success ultra now. So once again, sometimes we buy a programme just to be more disciplined about our approach or because it resonates with what we need at the time. Hope this helps. :D

Im only 20 so ive had no time to properly study anything. I grew up with Christian morals, then the whole family became athiest, then i found NLP (an attitude and methodology which leaves behind a trail of techniques) which opened my mind to being curious and being playful, then i found reiki, learned abit tibetan buddhism, had a few enlightening experiences along the way(i really saw 'the light', just by pondering the idea of 'attachment', and have learnt only recently how to get back there to that state but on different endocrine levels), then i looked into huna, then learned abit more about daoism as i came across someone who was very down to earth, and then i learnt abit about essenes and how Jesus was a vegetarian, and now i go by the huna saying that 'Not all wisdom is in your school'. So i suppose im 'gnostic', i like to experience things before i make the connection, in daoism this is the gung fu way where you earn your learnings rather than learn stuff and then earn the understandings and neurological connections, in tibetan buddhism this is 'avoiding delusion'.
What ive been understanding latley thanks to Wan Qi at www.meditation-mantra.org (hes done over 300 youtube videos or something) (and alot of raw choc) is how to think like an alchemist, and this has given me an appreciation for alot of beleif systems, and being able to think metaphorically.. He ties together alot of different traditions and shows the similarities, which is the path to the ancient way.

1. Helping others as much as possible, every interaction is a chance for Love. Grace, compassion, empowering information, practical strategies, unconcious suggestions(green juice!), specific knowledge about the human vehicle that may be used to transform oneself as i have done myself. To constantly share the evolution i am making in myself with others. People used to say i wore a pair of sunnies like 'Morpheus' in the matrix. His name is symbolic, of the choice he presents to Neo with the red and blue pill. He's bringing people out of that pre-waking/dreamy sleep state of conciousness into the more alert and mindful realms that empowers people with more choice and more flexibility to choose for themselves and to spread the empowerment. 2. Cultivating grace so that who i am speaks so loud that no one will hear a word im saying. - Giving all of my head knowledge more ground, the ability to explain all i know about empowerment freely, expressivley, wholey/holy, scientifically, in the way that most transforms someone just by being an example of all i know myself. Being young and masterful. What better way to share knowledge than to be an example of where it leads? People can then choose for themselves with much more certanty as grace will show them the major distinction between ultimate happiness and an everyday life. I have already succeeded in a smaller scale, and i feel i just need to reach a larger audience now rather than just the people i work with. Everyone i know is already choosing healthier foods which give them ability to listen in more and more in the subtle conversations of utilmate health. 3. To realise, the highest levels of internal alignment and mindfulness to make all of the above that more effective. 'The Peaceful Warrior' style. To practice the 6 tibetan rites everyday with increasing understanding of how they affect my internal alchemy. 4. Then, to bring others into alignment with themselves and others with increasing mindfulness that they may synergistically transform the planet through their passion and art/craft. 5. Mastering all of the tools i have available to me already to make all of this come about with absoute certanty. 1-NLP, 2-Huna, 3-Chi gung & Yoga/6-rites. 4. Graceful attitude.
'Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightening about shrinking so other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to manifest the Glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some; it’s in all, everyone. And as we let our own light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

My initial problem with stabilising my weight was not eating enough food. More fruit (which i was afraid of for some silly reason) and G.S. is pretty good advice in my opinion. Ive also been avoiding fat, and i always notice an improvement in my ability to exercise more effortlessly.

Thanks for posting that great article. I would always pay that little bit extra for local foods to support their incentives to grow. Organic foods is almost mandatory in my life. How much is my health worth to me?: It affects my whole life. I never knew that before switching on to living food.

Hey Tracey Thats really sad to hear. I feel for you. If youre near the coast coast, you might like to try get some sea water, and do 20 parts water 1 part sea water, and soak some sprouts in it. I wish i lived near the coast.. lol. Mum brought back some sea water which we used on our tomatos and theyve come up pretty good. And i get that good feeling down my back. The kelp has been making me feel pretty good too recently, same type of feeling as when i eat the home grown stuff. I still need to find more sources for food though, and i want to get more into raw cuisine professionally, im getting my drivers licence soon so ill be able to travel around to visit the various organic H.F.S. stores.. Nowra is such a lovely place. Ive been there as a youngin. Happy green memories I was really lucky to hear in the raw summit interviews when i first started out that i should start by adding in the best foods that i could get on, and that would naturally veer me off everything else. And thats how it happened for me. Its interesting that after my NZ trip, i had to start raw food all over again, and yeah i think its nice to have experiences like these cause you reinforce how to start out again finding even better and better foods. lol. So yeah like ive found kelp powder recently. Ive written in someone elses thread about the emotional anchor we have with food and how we should find a way to reach that emtional state first without the food. So that could involve physiology change, sitting up, short exercise etc, or maybe some kind of mental programming. Here i just thought about this: it really works for smokers: http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=nlp+swish+pattern&meta=Thanks to a guy here in this thread who told me how to find a youtube lecture - fbi, in it, its breifly mentioned that 'hunger' is like chronic mineral deficiency linked with dehydration. And so if i was struggling with cooked food addiction, i would do that swish pattern that i just linked you to, old being the cooked foods, and new being the foods i love anyway like avocado with kelp mixed in so i cant taste it much etc. The basic idea is that you need something new to replace the old stimulus. Youre telling your unconcious mind 'not this -> this'. So the new is pushing out the old, and thats like adding in the mineral rich foods like kelp. I think another problem would be if the food didnt taste good enough. For me theres nothing better, than a bowl of avocado in home made salad dressing. So id use that as the new behaviour. Put it this way, the good food has to be that compelling enough, taste wise, then mineral wise second, for your unconcious mentality to change naturally on its own. Hope that helps! Living food, NLP, and Huna is whats helping me grow ever more concious these days The only Huna thing i know is HA breathing, cant wait to learn more
