Neet,

I am loving this new journal of yours.  I have read most of your other ones too.
I find you very inspiring.  I would love it if you would continue to post your food
and exercise.  Just reading what you have written here already - it is so
obvious to me why I keep falling off the raw food wagon (not enough food).

I was reading what you wrote about your dinner - a whole head of cos lettuce,
10 tomatoes, etc and then you blended it and poured it over some zucchini - did
I read that right?  Did you eat the whole cos lettuce and all those tomatoes in the
one sitting?  Did you share this with Nige or is this just what you ate??  I am not
even sure I could fit all that into my blender!  (Note to self - purchase a vitimix).

Anyway - loving your journal.  Please continue with the food and exercise lists as
I am sure it is helpful for many.

Take Care of You,
S.

Sorry I haven't replied for a while - been far too busy with work.

I understand that familiies with small kids may not feel too good having dogs at the picnic.  For this reason I am happy to leave them at home.

Jen - unfortunately I will not be able to make the raw food picnic at Daisy Hill on the 9th
as I will be attending Grant's raw food retreat in NSW.  I fly out tomorrow for it and I am
really looking forward to it.

MissBliss - I am based in BNE.

I can't wait to meet everyone,
Love and Hugs,
S.

Oh how terribly exciting!  The fur-kids are just going to love it.
They haven't been to Byron Bay before.

I have a cattle x border collie named Ginger.
And a Jack Russell x Maltese named Jazz.

When I work out how to post a pic I will put their pic up.

Cheers,
Sharon.

Hello Freelea,

I am keeping track of your progress on your blog - love the pics that you post.

I would also love to attend your talk/party when you arrive in the Gold Coast.
I live in Brisbane and will drive down for it - please post the date and time for
it well in advance so that I can organize the trip.

Hello Jen,

Can I recommend the south east side of Brissy?
I live at Carina which has great bus trasnport to Brissy City.
There is also anywhere on that train line - Norman Park,
Morningside, etc.  Bulimba and Hawthorne are really nice
areas too and close to the Morningside train line.

South side is the place to be.  Smiley

14  PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / RAW Chat / Re: Harley Says.... on: Thursday 12 June, 2008
Gosia,

I tend to agree with melb here - Harley is not a scientist and has never claimed to be.  And if the real scientists still can't agree on optimal calorie intake for humans then how can you expect Harley to produce/discuss things at a scientific level.

Harley has always said that his observations are from his own experience.

I value the information that Harley gives - knowning that it is his experience only and may not (or may) have any basis in science (or reality).  To be honest I love reading what Harley writes.  I love that someone is out there living it rather then trying to read science journals to prove a point.

Love To All,
S.
