Weeds : Purslane ( Olerea oleracea?) might grow as a weed in Malta, so have you seen it? It is a succulent , and so has thick watery stems. It might have high Omega 3.
May,June,July,August are the months for the Thai and Malaysian durian and Hawaiian is probably about the same time. Thai durian might be grown ,in smaller quantities, all year. September and October also might be okay to get freshly frozen durian also. Frozen Durian tastes good all year. Actually I reckon the exported durian tastes better than the fresh durian. The reason might be because the best durian is exported or durian tastes better when eaten in cold weather. Shopkeepers sometimes store durian in unrefrigerated conditions for long periods so that flavour is lost and fruit is rotten.
Rhinitus Radio Report : What did you think about the comments ? Filtered water can still contain fluoride if the filter is not a reverse osmosis and filters can become clogged if not replaced regularly. If water is drunk close to the time of eating then digestion may be worsened. Consuming 3 Litres of fruit/vege water might be healthier .
Jungle: Do you want to try going to the beach and hanging a perforated plastic basket of olives from a buoy or rock pool etc and wait ,about a month maybe, for the salty sea water to remove the astringency? Might work aye? Or even in a fresh water stream? Or a salt water stream?
Organic : And certified organic by which company? Organic by default: Very interesting , because Tahini is claimed by Mayvers to be needing no sprays because it is also another foreign native and so not attacked by insects etc. :Durian grown in Australia might have the same benefits? :Broccoli might also ? :So these 4 foods might be organic by default and so inexpensively organic? :And Avocado?
Boxes of Olives: Are the boxes of Olives at the farmers market at Warwick Farm organic ? Curing: Olives can safely be cured in Caustic Soda.So using Caustic Soda might be salt-free or less salty than the well known salty method. Or is Caustic Soda just another form of salt ?
Natural Vitamin E : It is claimed that it comes from the dregs from Soy oil processing tanks. And that Soy has its own health problems.Do you want the reference?
MOISTURISERS : CHOICE magazine says that moisturisers reduce fine lines but have no effect on wrinkles. You could read their report in their magazine at some libraries.Just look at the index at the back of the magazine.
RADIO REPORT : Tonight , Monday night, at 8pm on Radio National 576 khz AM (not FM) there is a replay of Monday morning's 'Health Report'. They said something about 'dark circles' around the eyes being possibly caused by ' mild allergic rhinnitus'. Something maybe also about blocked or runny noses. If you miss it then it might be available on their website after the show finishes , at abc dot net dot au slash rn slash healthreport. The report says get an allergy test for the above condition from a GP. But maybe allergies are best cured with a healthier diet and lifestyle instead of the doctor's medication etc? 10% cooked vegan ?-Is that white rice and white bread etc?
Organic cream: is the coconut oil not organic? Any use by date for the fatty ingredients eg avocado etc? Chemically extracted or cold pressed Coconut ,avocado and almond? Edible cream? If it is good enough to eat then it is healthy for skin too. Sesame not organic? Any fillers added that do not legally have to be put on the ingredient list? Vitamin E : Rancid or fresh enough to eat? Wheatgerm : Rancid ? Price : At $400/ kg then it might be cheaper and just as beneficial to use pure coconut oil at $25 /Kg.
