I have a question for the calorie restriction train of thought.
Restricting based on what?? On what they already eat?? So if they undereat, they restrict that?? If they overeat, restricting that makes sense. Sooo, where is the line drawn to start restricting and what is enough food then for those who believe in this??
If I'm correct, aren't some of these low cal raw foodists mentioned such as Tim, been eating raw under 5 years?? Myself has been longer than this and I truly do not take much stock in their experiences. It's just simply not long enough I think. Not saying I disagree with some of their points though

Maybe others disagree. F1 has been quoted as longer but he is so secretive no one truly knows what he is doing on a day to day.
