i am currently reading unlimited power, by anthony robbins (and also been listening to some of his talks, thanks to Harley!). real good book in relation to creating the world that you want, being the person you want to be and having a great belief system around what you are capable of doing.

I've ordered green smoothies from juice bars/health food stores before. They have fruit on hand to juice, and some veggies, but once I ordered banana and baby spinach smoothie as they had baby spinach in their fridge section with lots of veggies.

life is a LOT calmer than last year!! am not racing all over the place trying to do a million things! in fact, it's quite the opposite! have started doing video editing again, which is great... am still riding every day, would like to increase this, as at the moment only averaging 10-15km! much less than my average of 50 km last year! am still dancing lots, doing flamenco and salsa and making sure not to dance too much! hehe

yes, get told a lot that mum and me look alike, and believe it! i adore your spirit and miss hanging out with you! but alas.... time permits us in different directions.
