ok - well I am officially back on the wagon with some freshly squeezed orange juice and banana/pear/walnut/almond/date/goji fruit salad.
yesterday I didn't eat particularly well and after I ate some chocolate cake that my gorgeous man made I had a blinding headache. I also had a bit of a stomach upset during the day (not choc cake related

) so I am going to take it as a sign and stick to 2 meals per day raw for this week.
I will need to take some snacks to uni this afternoon to prevent a coffee and banana bread mishap...
