1  PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / Personal Growth And Manifestation / Re: 5 Daily Gratitudes on: Saturday 23 August, 2008
Today,   this moment,   right now  I am greatful for...

1. Reading over everyone's appreciation to what means so much to THEM that made me feel so real, emotional, and loving, all at once with giggles, tears and understanding! Thank you to each and everyone of you and for the rest who shall share themself in future postings.

2. That I still have my brother after so many close family passings, that one could not imagine while still having their close ones nearby. Bro, for the laughs, chats and rekindling we are now making, when a decade ago it seemed impossible but now magical thank you and blessings.

3. For my kitty cat, Tessa who is smart being that she has learnt english to help us both understand each other more, and that she is ultimately beautiful plus without fail that she is going on 12 and still can act and be 3 yrs old again and again and again! x

4. That I was able to be aware enough at the age of 17-18 to realise that basic nutrition was and is the answer to all of life's answers. Well at least to begin the journey to realise this and to now learn who I am now as a person, and find myself here amongst some of the strongest and most inspiring people I have ever heard from.. Again thank you all. In return I hope to improve myself further to help you all if need be and anyone else who is willing to listen to constructive communication towards bettering themselves in their own life journey.

5. For being me!
2  PleasureTalk - The Discussion Area / Recipes - Meals & Snacks / Re: Yummo choc smoothie on: Thursday 24 July, 2008
Thank you abg,

I tried your concoction over an hour ago and it has sent energy bouncing to all areas needed within!  thumbup I slept for a good 14 hours last night and am jumping into the gym this arvi and knew I would like to enjoy a coconut smoothie for lunch before-hand! Low and behold I came across your recipe and knew all the ingredients would definitely take me to where I wanted to go energetically and my taste buds now are rejoicing over my decision  laugh

I am starting my 100% raw lifestyle today once again. This is my second attempt after 50+ days 100% raw and am now realising how much of a difference it makes when eating 100% raw as opposed to 80 or 90% raw eg. my nails became brittle again and have been breaking and tearing, muscous has formed in my body as it is expelling in different areas and my nose dribble has formed small bloodish clots in the morning and these are just a couple of things that I have experienced over the last 2-3 weeks! I don't know if you needed to know all of that but anywho..

Anyway thank you again for sharing your time and knowledge,  I am still super-dooper FULL pleasantly though, and will contemplate not drinking it as fast next time  snicker and look forward to my super-dooper power to be used this arvi in the gym!

Much appreciated,
Saltwater

By the way keep Sach look after your temple (body) as this is your only temple that you have in this life time to communicate to the physical universe and you might as well keep it in complete strength if you have the knowledge to do so.
Keep dancin buggalugs and keep well.

Everything happens for a reason!Yes I believe this, however this to me also means it is a test we are given at the moment! If we pass then kudos to us, however if we do not pass and comprehend the moment then it is not a failure but another chance to look and understand something deeper that we might have needed?? Jen, I love your response on the last page as it reminds me of this situation..When I see a fly buzzing back and forthe hitting it's own noggin on the window. To my belief it is trying to get through to the outside however it seems to go back and forthe, KAPOW here and CRUNCH there! Then the next day I can return to the same venue and see a fly on the floor of the window-sill dead when in reality there was a door open only 2 metres away for it to get through!!My understanding from this is... Sometimes it is right to keep pushing and going till you find your answer or your challenge has been met, but also sometimes we also need to look outside the box and choose another avenue because simply the original choice does not work for the given situation!Maybe this is our lesson needed to learn and from here knowledge and maturity grows??See I dunno this answer because I will admit now, I don't know what maturity is mwahahaha, well maybe sometimes I do but when I do I go and dance infront of my neighbours in Sach's long johns and that brings me down to my real level of utter stupity  :laugh:HAA please I am soooo joking! Love ya's, see ya's, BYE

Thanks FBI,

I started off watching your 2nd vid thinking the 1st was not going to be interesting enough since I was in Oz. I'm glad I changed my mind and watched the both of them, much appreciated and much to learn!

Sounds like a good place to share this one with you folk...

Enjoy it, I call it, The Power of One!
We need to all believe we can make a difference if we want anything we are passionate about to begin, we just need to start doing and believing in what ever we choose to do. Enjoy...

Harl's,

If I could swear on this I would... You're a bloody inspiration!
When I first started to read Sach's post I started off in defense mode too but soon realised and heard his communication. I also knew how much you could feed off it and by the obvious sounds you have, so good on ya mate!

Personally to me your inspirational posts have helped me tremendously as I have started Raw for the first time and nailed it in regards to foods 100% in the last 48 days! I understand though how Sach has put it and agree totally you can do soo much more. I just wanted to add there are people on here you help in the biggest ways. I can only talk about myself I guess but I have changed so much by researching more just from you adding so much information on your posts. As each day passes I can only see 100% raw to be the way that we were put on this earth to do! It cannot be proven otherwise so far in my research or bodily communications!
I am continually learning more to expand my knowledge but the starting point you have given me personally is highly thanked.

By the way to acknowledge and agree with Sach, YOU can do more, you may be doing great guns but boy you are the Mahummad Ali of boxing, what is to our raw food cycling in life, so go get em' tiger  yahh
You and Freelea are wonderful, generous and insightful people.
Cheers

Oh my you have made a toughie, well done!

Um, I have to credit Marvin Gaye, his song is ultimately beautiful and without him it would not be how it is!
Ben Harper is such a devine vocalist and can move you several 1000 times within one song  heart
I will go for Ben Harper, blush!

Movies most touched the heart...
Beaches
or
City of Angels

Giddy up Free-change!

Do you have a rough estimate on when you will arrive on the Gold Coast??

I am looking forward to your arrival very much but I also am enjoying your stories on your blog and do not want them to finish!

Today I spoke with the owner of Threeworlds, Fun For Life at Mermaid Beach. A place where you can buy a great assortment of musical instruments. Behind the store is a spot for veg & rawbies alike to enjoy a relaxed and down to earth atmosphere while enjoying some plesant tucker. Raw sweets and pizza can be found along side a mini stage where music can be heard at night.
Unfortunatly the chef's will be leaving (temporarily) in one week due to unfortunate circumstances. Nevertheless the community there seems to be a great place for sharing your inspirational stories you are picking up on the road! The owner seemed very keen to have you there and for me to put up some posters of your arrival if you are interested?? Please let me know I would love to help make this happen. I just read somewhere you already have a talk happening elsewhere, are you keen for a couple of experiences in sharing your travels?
In regards to the cafe being under different circumstances, I emailed the owner the possibility adding "Raw Potluck" to the poster as some food for thought! Maybe the owner has got a plan, I am not too sure but I have offered my help and time will only tell on this one.

Let me know and I will begin the adventure!

Enjoy the space you are in now. When I imagine the wind and freedom you would feel on the road, it fills me with a wonderful feeling of goodness and contentment!

Regards,
Salt water

p.s I emailed Jason (owner) your blog and Raw Pleasures site to look over more of our local raw movement happenings.
