Well i had a fantastic time at the raw retreat. Everyone was so lovely, the food was amazing, i was a bit blah as i was detoxing like mad as ive been eating quite a bit of cooked the past few months, but was just what i needed to get on track for 2009
I didnt get that many pics, will see if i can work out how to post the ones that i have..

LOve the garden plots you created! what are you growing? that must be so wonderful to wander out in your pj's and pick your breakfast

Happy to see that you are glowing and happy and wonderful, and that dream that you had the with dolphin is beautiful. I had a similar dream the other night but i was sitting on a boardwalk just above the water and two huge wales were slowly drifting by underneath so close that my feet would touch them....so lovely

I totally got what you meant when you said to raw, i use raw as a raw emotional term alot. The human language can be tricky sometimes, especially when written in a forum
