Ok so the first fail was 2 different types of cheese, less than an hour after my first post! Right now however I'm eating a finely chopped salad (capsicum, cucumber, tomato, zucchini, tahini, vinegar, olive oil). Much better! Oh and for breakfast I had half an apple, and for lunch a mango. It's now dinner. Chow.
And to get ppl posting how bout we share our experience on MSM. For me I havn't noticed anything when I used it a few months back but I bought 3kg of it so we'll see what happens this time.
Edit: Do any males eat raw food or am I the only one? Females must be highly evolved or something
